Gerard Meagher

Gerard has worked a lifetime in theatre, as a director, lighting designer and production manager. He was employed by the Belltable Arts Centre, Limerick, for twenty two years as a production manager. He has designed the lighting for more that 2500 productions over 30 years, including almost all of Island Theatre Company's shows. His directing credits include Agnes of God, Eleemosynary, The Cripple of Inishmaan and The Plough and the Stars, and has has designed lighting for most of Quarry Players productions. (Dec 2009)
