  Barbara Clinton
Barbara joined the group in 1977, and since then she has appeared in more than 30 full length plays, oft times playing the lead role. She has been group Chairperson, and has filled most of the other officer roles at some point, most recently being vice-chairperson, and treasurer. In addition to her unsurpassed acting talents, Barbara has continued the Clinton tradition of both her parents, Brendan and the late Phyllis, by being the source of the most difficult of stage properties to obtain, and by being the public face of the group at the front of the house, when not on stage. She was awarded the ultimate group honour of being elected President of Quarry Players Limerick at the AGM on the 26th June 2009, for a three year term. |
